Quality Management System Service

operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, College charter, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education”, and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

Quality management system service was created on the basis of the Principal’s order “On the implementation of the quality management system in the ​Municipal state enterprise on the right of economic management “Medical College” of Almaty” (dated September 22, 2009 No. 06-02-17).

​On June 28, 2018, We successfully passed the next certification on QMS in accordance with the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

​Quality management system service performs the following types of work:

  • quality management system improvement;
  • development of documented procedures for workflow management and educational process improvement;
  • monitoring and analysis of implementation of processes in college;
  • process improvement consulting;
  • internal audit performance;
  • defining corrective and preventive actions
  • customer satisfaction analysis etc. 

The main objective of the Quality Policy is training of highly qualified healthcare specialists
