On October 19, 2023, psychology lecturer of our College – Olesya Akhmedyarova held a master class on the topic: “Psychological and Pedagogical adaptation of a “fresh” lecturers”.
In our college, such master classes are held annually. Their goal is to study the basics of pedagogical and psychological knowledge that a “fresh” lecturer needs to master for effective ppofessional activity with college students.
