On April 28, 2023, in the run-up to International Nurses Day, “The best specialist of 2023” regional professional competition was held on the basis of our College. The competition was organized jointly with Public Health Department of Almaty, which was held in the following nominations::
- “The best Nurse of 2023”;
- “The best Paramedic of 2023”;
- “The best Obstetrician of 2023”;
- “The best Medical technologists of 2023”.
Nurses, obstetricians, paramedics and medical technologists from Almaty took part in the competition, who competed at 7 stations of the Center for Simulation Technologies and Professional Competencies:
- Intravenous injection;
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation;
- Anaphylactic shock;
- Preeclampsia;
- Syncopal attack;
- Immobilization;
- Leukogram.
“The Best specialist of 2023” competition is aimed at improving the status of medium-grade medical personnel in the medical community, and is also focused on continuing the traditions of professional competitions in the field of healthcare.
