The staff of our College congratulates you on a special holiday for our country – the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
The Constitution is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan. The Constitution, as a pledge of sovereignty, became a symbol of creation, the source of the beginning of the great achievements of our republic. Undoubtedly, an important condition for this was the common values and the main principles of activity, which was laid down in the Constitution by the First President N. Nazarbayev, who became the initiator and ideological inspirer of the Basic Law of the country.
