About Educational and Methodological Center

Educational and Methodological Center (hereinafter – EMC) of Municipal state enterprise on the right of economic management “High Medical College” Public Health Department of Almaty organizes and coordinates activities for advanced training and retraining of healthcare personnel, training specialists abroad and with the involvement of foreign specialists in priority areas. The activities of Educational and Methodological Center are carried out under the direct supervision of Public Health Department of Almaty.

EMC function: organization of advanced training and retraining for medical and non-medical specialists of state healthcare organizations in Almaty.

EMC tasks:

• Strengthening and development of social partnership;
• Development and strengthening of cooperation with international educational organizations and associations;
• Infrastructure development;
• Improvement of educational programs;
• Development of teachers’ professional skills;
• Introduction of a distance learning platform;
• Implementation of CRM system with feedback for listeners;
• Introduction of author’s unique author’s unique seminars and master classes.
