On March 01, 2025, as part of the celebration of the Day of Gratitude, College staff congratulated the legend of kazakh television and radio, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War – Zulhiya Zhumatova on her 105th birthday.
Zulhiya Mukanovna went down in history as a person who opened a new era in the development of the kazakh media. On March 8, 1958, she uttered the first words on the air from the Alma Ata television studio (Kazakh SSR), forever linking her fate with television. For seven decades, she has remained faithful to her profession, becoming a model of high professionalism and dedication.
Our colleagues congratulated Zulhiya Mukanovna on her anniversary, expressed gratitude for her invaluable work and rich legacy for several generations of announcers who grew up on the experience of a veteran of kazakhstani TV broadcast.
