On January 08, 2024, College Principal Zhumakhan Moldakulov, made a report on the results of 2023.
The meeting was attended by: administrative and managerial staff, college lecturers, as well as a representative of Almaty Medeu district’s medical organizations, Deputy CEO of City Clinical Hospital No. 5 – Anar Tursynbekova.
The report addressed the issues of educational process, supply of materials, and resource provision. As part of strategic development plan implementation for 2023, College has achieved the following results:
- Income growth from educational services (government order by 15%, paid services by 5%);
- The number of clinical bases has been increased from 80 to 92;
- “The best middle grade medical worker of 2023 of Almaty” regional competition was held on College basis, dedicated to the International Day of Nurse;
- “Antenatal care during pregnancy. The role of obstetricians at PHC level” republican scientific and practical conference was held among medical organizations and students of medical colleges;
- “Innovations in nursing education, science and practice” section was organized and held within the framework of “VI International Scientific Educational Forum “Ana men Bala” and others.
At the conclusion of the report, Zhumakhan Moldakulov thanked the College staff for their successful work and wished to demonstrate even higher performance next year.
